Returns & Exchange

EFFECTIVE DATE: January 22, 2026

At UKI YO, we want you to feel confident and present in every piece you choose. If something isn’t right, please review our policy below.

1. Returns (Non-Swimwear Items)

  • Non-swimwear items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU and UK consumer regulations.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer:
    • UK & EU: £10 / €10
    • Rest of the world: £20 
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

2. Swimwear Policy

 

For hygiene reasons, swimwear is not eligible for refunds.

  • Swimwear may be exchanged for a different size only
  • Exchanges must be for the same color and style
  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • All hygiene liners, tags, and original packaging must be intact

 

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if the item shows signs of wear or use.

3. Size Exchanges (Free First Exchange)

  • The first size exchange (same style and color) is free of charge
  • UKI YO will cover:
    • The cost of the first return
    • The cost of the replacement shipment
  • All exchange items must be requested in a single request

  • Your order number
  • The new requested size

4. Final Sale Items

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items

 

These items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless required by applicable law.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

 

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at:

info@uki-yo.com

 

Please allow 3–7 business days for your return to be inspected and processed after receipt.

 

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been approved.

6. Condition of Returned Items

 

UKI YO reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that are:

  • Worn
  • Washed
  • Damaged
  • Missing tags or original packaging

 

If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you at your expense, and you will be notified by email.
